Exchange and Return policy

We value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best online shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Exchanges

Details regarding Donaiz's exchange policies:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the original purchase date. Items must be in new, unworn, unaltered condition, and free from damages caused by customers.
  • Items must be returned with all Donaiz tags attached and in the original packaging.
  • Discounted or sale items cannot be exchanged again.
  • Exchanges are limited to one per item.
  • Delivery charges will only be refunded if the product is incorrect, faulty, or damaged—not for unwanted items.
  • Refunds are processed within 2–5 working days after we receive your returned parcel.
  • If the product is not returned in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.
  • Changes to the delivery address cannot be accommodated once the package has been shipped.

Delivery

  • Delivery to Colombo and suburbs will be completed within 1–2 working days.
  • General delivery is completed within 2–3 working days (Monday – Friday).

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Gift cards
  • Undergarments
  • Fashion accessories (e.g., jewelry)
  • Damaged or defective items
  • Sale items

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  • For errors, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.

Processing Time

  • Refunds and exchanges are processed within 7 business days after we receive your returned item.
  • Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
