Exchange and Return policy  

Please find details regarding the return and exchange policies for Donaiz below:  

Donaiz will happily exchange items within 7 days from the original purchase date. Items should be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customers.   

• Items must be returned with all Donaiz tags still attached and with the original packaging.
• Discounted items/ sale items cannot be exchanged again.
• Final sale items such as: undergarments, gift cards, and fashion accessories (jewelleries,).
• Exchange is only possible once.
• We will refund the delivery charge when a product is incorrect, faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.     
• We aim to process all refunds within 2-5 working days of receiving your parcel at our warehouse  
• If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a exchange of the item.  
• Change of delivery address cannot be accommodated once the package has been shipped.  
  • Delivery
    • Delivery to Colombo and suburbs will be completed within 1–2 working days.
    • Usually Delivery will happen within 2-3 working days (Monday – Friday)
