8.1 Returns and exchanges are available within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Proof of purchase is required.
Sale items are final and non-returnable.
8.2 To initiate a return or exchange:
Log in to your account on the website and follow the steps for return or exchange.
Include the receipt number with your return package.
8.3 Refunds are processed within 2–5 working days of receiving your returned parcel.
8.4 Refunds will be credited to your Donaiz store account.
8.5 You’ll receive a refund confirmation email once the process is complete.
8.6 Items not returned in fully resalable condition may be refused.
8.7 Delivery address changes cannot be accommodated after shipping.
