7. Returns and Exchanges
7.1 We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
7.2 To initiate a return or exchange,
- Return or Exchange should appeal through the website.
- Login to your account and follow the steps to complete return and exchange
- Include the receipt number with your return package
7.3 We aim to process all refunds within 2-5 working days of receiving your parcel at our warehouse
7.4 Refunds will be credited to your Donaiz store account.
7.5 You will receive a refund confirmation via email once the refund process is completed
7.6 If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange of the item.
7.7 Change of delivery address cannot be accommodated once the package has been shipped.
